1. Order Processing Time
- Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to ensure you get your coffee as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Additional charges apply. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Priority Shipping:
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
- This is our fastest option and available for an additional fee. Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary based on the destination.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customs Fees & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international orders. These fees are determined by the destination country's regulations and are outside of our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including:
- USPS
- FedEx
- UPS
Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, your package may be shipped via one of these carriers.
4. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you realize there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@beyond85coffee.com to make any necessary changes before we ship your order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about your package, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
